Satellite is the Lebanese water polo champion

Al-Satelliti Club retained the Lebanese Men's Water Polo Championship title for the 2024 season, following the conclusion of the tournament organized by the Lebanese Swimming Federation at the Safra Marine Complex. The tournament witnessed fierce competition among the participating teams, with Al-Satelliti delivering an outstanding performance that secured their victory for the second consecutive season.

The results of the matches were as follows: The Lebanese Automobile and Touring Club (LATC) defeated Safra Marine (21-11), Satellite beat 1875 (16-9), 1875 triumphed over Safra Marine (14-12), Satellite secured another victory against LATC (18-14), before crushing Safra Marine (17-3). In the final match, LATC defeated 1875 (19-12).

The matches were officiated by an international refereeing team, which helped ensure that the matches proceeded according to international standards.

The final standings for the tournament were as follows:

1- Satellite: 9 points

2- Lebanese Automobile and Touring Club: 6 points

3- Club 1875: 3 points

4- Safra Marine: No points

At the conclusion of the tournament, the winners were crowned in a ceremony attended by the Vice President of the Federation, Michel Habchi, and the Secretary General, Farid Abi Raad, amidst a special atmosphere that reflected the high sporting spirit of the tournament.
