Ralph Charbel leads Jackson to an international legal victory

Lebanese international sports lawyer Ralph Charbel has achieved a new victory on the international legal level, after the Basketball Arbitration Court (BAT) in Geneva issued its decision in favor of American player Tyson Jackson in his case against the Serbian club OK Novi Pazar.

The court decided to accept the lawsuit filed by lawyer Ralph Charbel, considering that the Serbian club is obligated to pay the player all outstanding financial dues, in addition to accrued interest, all legal expenses, and Swiss court fees.
