The start of the Al-Wahda International Basketball Championship: Strong confrontations on the first day

The Al Wahda International Basketball Championship kicked off today, Thursday, in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, under the patronage of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and organized by the UAE Basketball Federation, Al Wahda Club, and Global Active Sports. The tournament will run until the 25th of this month, featuring prominent teams from various Arab countries.

The tournament's organizing committee held the tournament's technical meeting before the start of the matches, in the presence of Mohammed Al Hosani, director of the tournament's technical committee, Rashid Al Naqbi, director of the UAE national basketball team, Mahmoud Rashad from the referees committee of the UAE Federation, and Ibrahim Desouki, CEO of Global Active Sports.
