Al-Hajj is at the head of the national team

The Lebanese Basketball Federation renewed the contract of national coach and Al-Hikma club coach Jad Al-Hajj for a period of one year in preparation for the group stage tournament qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympics, which will be held next summer. The Cedars team is in the first group, which includes Angola and Spain, and which will be held between July 2 and 7 in Valencia. The first and second teams from each group qualify for the second round. It is worth mentioning that the second group includes the Bahamas, Poland and Finland, with one team qualifying for the Paris Olympics.
