
The Asian Youth Festival, which is organized annually by the Lebanese Football Association in cooperation with the Asian Football Confederation and is celebrated by various countries in Asia during the month of May, has concluded.
The festival spanned two days in the southern and Beirut regions, with the participation of 20 academies at the Imam Musa al-Sadr and Golf stadiums.
More than 200 players aged 10 to 13 years participated in the festival, representing a number of academies from villages in the South region and Beirut.
The festival included competitive matches for young players, along with various activities designed to create an atmosphere of fun and competition among the participants, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Lebanese Football Federation, Jihad Al-Shahaf, the President of the South Branch Football Federation, Ibrahim Dabbouq, and the representative of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Muhammad Owaidat.
At the end of the events, shields and medals were distributed to the participating players and academies.
