Al Wasl is champion of the UAE League

After 17 years, and two rounds before the end of the tournament. Al-Wasl Club of the Emirates won the ADNOC Professional League title, with its victory in the “Dubai Derby” over Shabab Al-Ahly Club, with a score of 3-0. The first goal was scored by Swiss striker Haris Seferovic in the 49th minute, Fabio De Lima added the second goal in the 59th minute, and the third goal was scored by Adama Diallo in the 97th minute.

With this victory, Al Wasl achieved the local “double”, represented by the league and cup titles in the Emirates, concluding an exceptional season.

This league title is considered the eighth in the history of Al Wasl, noting that the record holder for the number of league championships is Al Ain Club, with 14 championships.
