Ralph Charbel wins high-profile Tunisian case at the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal

The Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT) in Geneva accepted the Claim submitted by the International Sports Lawyer Ralph Charbel, on behalf of the Tunisian star Amrou Bouallegue, against Etoile Sportive du Sahel Club.
According to the decision, the Tunisian Club must pay to Amrou Bouallegue his outstanding payments in addition to the due default interests. Moreover, Etoile Sportive du Sahel must reimburse to the Player the lawyer fees and the Court Fees related to the case.
This decision constitutes another impressive win for Attorney Ralph Charbel at the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT).
